TCL has launched the TCL 3S M3G into the chinese market; the 5-incher has a simple plastic body build with rounded corners and edges. It looks like the TCL Meme Da 3S announced last month just got a new name with the smartphone having the same specs.
The TCL 3S M3G features a 5-inch Sharp OGS touchscreen display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 64-bit processor clocked at 1.5GHz paired with Adreno 405 GPU, 2GB of RAM and 16GB space of internal storage. There is a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 32GB.
Handling photography on the device is a 13MP Sony made camera with LED flash and a front facing 8MP camera for selfies. Connectivity options on the 3S M3G includes – USB OTG, Wi-Fi, GPS/GLONAS/Beidou, Bluetooth 4.0, supports 2G, 3G and 4G LTE networks.
A feature called ‘Eyeprint Identification’ is onboard as it lets users wake up their smartphones using eye gestures. The TCL 3S M3G comes with Dual SIM slots (Dual Micro SIM slots), runs Android 5.0 Lollipop OS with the company’s customised skin ontop and is backed by a non-removable 3050mAh battery.
