The TCL Meme Da 3S is one of the latest ware of the Chinese giant, the smartphone was announced on May 21 at the Beijing National Aquatics Center (Water Cube) in China. The device is expected to be available for CNY 799 (~$130) on TCL website and JD (JingDong) Mall.
The The TCL Meme Da 3S is a midrange smartphone which comes with a plastic body build and a simple design language. It sports a 5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD display, powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor (64 bit) paired with 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage space.
There is a microSD card slot on-board for storage expansion (up to 64GB), it also supports Dual SIM standby, runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS with Lewa OS 6.0 custom interface ontop and is backed by a removable 3050mAh battery which is tipped to provide more than half a day of continous usage.
The main camera is a 13MP snapper with LED flash and a front facing 8MP camera for selfies and video chats. Connectivity options on the device includes 3G, WiFi and Bluetooth; there is no word on 4G LTE network support. The device also brings a sort of Eye recognition technology which is used in unlocking the device.
