Teclast X1 Pro with 12.2-inch display, LTE and Intel Core M Processor costs €450

Tablets coming out of China are mostly marketed as affordable and thanks to Intel SoC they are given mouthwatering price tag. Teclast is taking an exception with its new tablet offering – the Teclast X1 Pro which comes with a very large display. The tablet is aimed at professionals and comes with a specs worthy of its price tag.

The Teclast X1 Pro features a huge 12.2-inch (2560 X 1600 pixels) resolution Display with a pixel density of 274ppi, powered by an Intel Core M-Y510C processor which clocks at 1.1GHz (up to 2.0GHz in Turbo Boost) with Intel HD Graphics 5300, 4GB of RAM and 128GB space of internal storage. There is a microSD card slot on-board for storage expansion.

There is a rear facing 5MP camera and a front facing 2MP camera which is understandable. Connectivity options on the device includes – microHDMI, microUSB 2.0 port, full two USB 3.0 ports, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11n and some version will have 4G LTE connectivity due to the presence of a SIM card slot.  The tablet runs on Windows 8 OS and is said to have a keyboard cover which makes it double as a laptop.

The Teclast X1 Pro is backed by a 11000mAh battery capacity which will ensure longer battery life. The Wi-Fi only version costs around €450 and the Wi-Fi + 4G LTE version costs €580. The keyboard cover can be purchased separately for €30.
