Chinese tabler company, Teclast has announced the Teclast X80 Power tablet which is infact same as the Teclast X80 Pro but in a full metal body this time around and a 7.2 mm thick body. The Dual Boot tablet comes with both Windows 10 Home and Android 5.1 Lollipop OS pre-installed.
The Teclast X80 Powers features a 8-inch IPS capacitive touch screen display with a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels (Full HD) and 16:10 aspect ratio. It measures 208 x 122 x 7 mm in dimensions, weighs 327 grams and is backed by a 3800mAh battery with 5V/2A charger.
The tablet relies on a quad-core Intel Atom X5-Z8300 (Cherry Trail) processor clocked at 1.44GHz (burst speed up to 1.84GHz) with Intel HD Gen8 graphics, 2GB of RAM and 32GB built-in storage. For additional storage space, there is a microSD card slot for expansion (up to 128GB)
The slate has a front and rear placed 2-megapixel cameras. It is equipped with Bluetooth 4.0, OTG, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, micro USB port, micro HDMI port and also supports external 3G module. According to a reseller listing, the Teclast X80 Power is available for around US$135 while the quite similar Teclast X80 Pro is priced around US$110.
