TECNO has launched its next-gen smartphones under its well-known camera focused ‘CAMON’ series – the Tecno Camon 11 and Tecno Camon 11 Pro. The duo feature an enhanced camera with AI features, better processor and battery life when compared to their predecessor – the Camon X Pro and Camon X.
The Tecno Camon 11 is equipped with 13MP + 2MP dual rear cameras with AI Beautification and AI Automatic Scene Detection, and a 16MP AI selfie camera. It packs 3GB/4GB of RAM, 32GB/64GB built-in storage and arrives in Aqua Blue, Bordeaux Red and Midnight Black colours.
The Pro model has 16MP + 5MP dual rear cameras with Quad Flash and AI features and a bigger front facing 24MP camera. It is backed by a 3,750mAh battery and is available in 6GB + 64GB RAM and Storage configuration only. Nebula Black is the only available colour option.
Both models sports a 6.2-inch (1520 x 720 pixels) HD+ 19:9 Super Fullview display with 87.5% screen-to-body ratio and 500 nits brightness, support for Face ID and 4G LTE, rear fingerprint sensor and 3,750mAh battery. They are powered by the Mediatek MT6761 quad-core and MT6762 octa-core processors respectively.
The Camon 11 and Camon 11 Pro come pre-loaded with Android 8.1 Oreo OS with HiOS 4.1 on-top and have an AR-based feature called AR Emoji.
Pricing and Availability
The Camon 11 and Camon 11 Pro are now on sale at Tecno partner stores in Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya.
