Following the launch of the Tecno Camon C9 with 13MP Front & Rear Facing cameras; Tecno Mobiles has debuted a smaller model with similar camera features called the Tecno Camon C7. The latest Camon series entrant supports 3G networks and has a smaller screen size compared to the C9.
The Tecno Camon C7 has the footprints of the Camon C9; it is equipped with a 13MP front facing camera with Front flash for selfies and video calling. The main snapper is a rear facing 13MP camera with Dual LED flash; little wonder it has been branded unofficially as the Tecno Camon C9 Mini by the populace.
The Dual SIM enabled device is backed by a fairly moderate 2500mAh battery, runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS with the company’s HiOS UI ontop and sports a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display in a fairly slim plastic body build. The presence of the Iris Scanner (Eye Scanner) is also confirmed.

Tecno has not revealed the pricing details and availability info for the Tecno Camon C7 but it would be available in Nigeria, Kenya and Uganda; and should be priced lesser than the NGN 49,999 tag of the Camon C9. The price tag is expected to be between N30,000 – N39,999.
