Following up on subsequent successes of its DroiPad tablets, Tecno Mobiles launched the TECNO DroiPad 7D sometime in June. The 7-inch slate, which is available in Nigeria and Kenya, comes pre-loaded with Android Nougat and brings a number of features and improvements over last year’s DroiPad 7C Pro.
The Tecno DroiPad 7D has the same 7-inch display and 3,000 mAh battery as the 7C / 7C Pro, but the Super Power Manager feature ensures a longer usage time. It is expected to last up to 43 hours of music playback time, 8 hours of video streaming and 9 hours of web browsing.
The tablet also offers a kids-friendly mode, split screen and Kevlar-patterned rear cover.
