After weeks of creating the buzz for a new product launch with the hashtag – #BiggerandLonger and #NonStopFunFor72Hrs on social media, Tecno Mobiles has unveiled the Tecno L9 Plus. The mid-range phablet device slots in ahead of other battery focused Tecno L series devices with a huge 6-inch screen, latest Android OS, fingerprint sensor and long lasting battery life.
The highlight of the Tecno L9 Plus is its 5000mAh battery (non-removable) in a 8.2mm metal unibody. The battery supports fast charging (9V/2A 18W) and delivers 40% charge in about 30mins. Also, it is extimated to last up to 72 hrs of usage (3 days), 30 hrs video playback, 200 hrs music playback and 24 hours of game play. The one-touch ultra power saving mode prolongs usage time for extra hours.
It boot Android 7.0 Nougat OS with the company’s HIOS skin ontop and arrives in three colour options: Champagne Gold, Dark Blue and Space Grey.

Pricing and Availability
Expected to go on Sale in Nigeria and Kenya, the Tecno L9 Plus will be available at all TECNO Exclusive stores for a Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of N61,000. In Kenya, it is slated to sell for Ksh 16,999
PS: Tecno Mobiles was expected to announce the L9 and L9 Plus, but so far the company has kept mum on the Tecno L9.
Was about to ask about pricing information but I can see N61,000. We should expect to buy around 65K from slot or Jumia
