A lot has been said since the Tecno Phantom 5 was officially released last month and much of the talks concerns the price tag of N69,900 ($351)which is actually befitting of a phone with a flagship specs. When you compare similar phones in the same category and convert the price to Naira, it is either you arrive at a price within that range or even higher.
Putting the talks of the price behind, the highlights of the Phantom 5 includes a full metal unibody, fingerprint sensor just below the main camera, HiFi quality audio sound, 4G LTE support, a front facing 8MP camera with flash and Android 5.1 Lollipop OS.
The only shortcoming would be the choice of processor, while the chipset is able to hold its own, Tecno would have made a statement by going for the a higher Mediatek processor – the Helio X10 which can be found on devices such as Meizu MX5 and Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 would have done a better job.
