Although, Tecno Mobiles has been more vocal about its new Camon series (C9 Plus, C9 and C7) devices and actively promoting its upcoming Phantom series devices; the company has quietly released the Tecno W3. The smartphone is listed as 3G only but some markets such as the Kenyan market reportedly got the LTE model (Tecno W3 LTE) instead.
In an achronological format, the W3 is launching after the similar Android 6.0 based Tecno W4 became the first Tecno device to run Marshmallow back in April. It sports a 5-inch FWVGA display, measures 8.65 mm thick and is backed by a 2500mAh battery.

The Tecno W3 is priced at Ksh 7,500 in Kenya and if it happens to reach the Nigerian market, it could sell for around NGN 23,000 – 25,000.
