Moving to the specs, the Tecno Y5 runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat OS, supports Dual SIM functionality with Dual Standby and sports a 5-inch (480 x 800 pixels) resolution capacitive touchscreen display. Under the hood, it is powered by a Dual-core MediaTek processor clocked at 1GHz paired with 1GB of RAM.
For multimedia, app and files storage purpose there is a 8GB space of internal storage and a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 32GB. On the rear there is a 5MP camera with Flash and a front facing 2MP camera for selfies. You’ll find the standard connectivity options including Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and 3G.
The Tecno Y5 measures 143.5 x 71.7 x 8.9 mm in dimensions, weight 150g and is backed by a removable 2350mAh battery which would keep the lights on for some hours.
