The Texet X-Pad NAVI 8.2 3G is a new tablet introduced in Russia; the 8-inch sized tablet doesn’t bring top of the range specs rather it bring moderate specs and cellular connectivity.
The Texet X-Pad NAVI 8.2 3G is also known as the Texet TM-7859; it sports a 8-inch IPS display with 1280 x 800 pixels resolution. Under the hood, it is powered by a quad core MediaTek MT8382 processor (ARM Cortex-A7) clocked at 1.3GHz with Mali 400MP2 GPU. This is paired with 1GB of RAM and 8GB space of internal storage which is expandable via a microSD card slot.
The tablet measures 208 x 121 x 9.7 mm in dimensions, weighs 311 grams, and runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat OS. It is backed by a 4000mAh battery which is expected to provide around 7 hours of video playback time on a single charge.
The main camera on the Texet X-Pad NAVI 8.2 3G is a 2MP camera and the front camera is a VGA (0.3MP) camera for video chats and maybe selfies. Connectivity options on the tablet includes – Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS/A-GPS, micro USB 2.0 and 3G HSPA+.
If you are not familiar with Texet, the company sells most of products in Russia so that is understandable. The tablet is priced equivalent to $141 (6990 Rubles) in the country.
