The Tonino Lamborghini 88 Tauri is not the first luxury smartphone from the premium brand, Tonino Lamborghini; as we have seen the luxury Tonino Lamborghini Antares smartphone. The 88 Tauri is named after the constellation. Antonio ‘Tonino’ Lamborghini is the son of Ferruccio Lamborghini and is thw owner of the Tonino Lamborghini brand which deals with different enterprises including luxury products and cars.

The Tonino Lamborghini 88 Tauri supports Dual-SIM functionality, runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat OS and support LTE connectivity. It uses a 3000mAh battery which is said to provide around 1000 hours of standby time. It packs a 5-inch Full HD display with oleophobic coating and 10-point multitouch.
Under the hood is a 2.3GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 SoC coupled with 3GB of RAM but there is no word on internal storage. There is a 20MP camera on the rear and a front facing 8MP camera.
The Tonino Lamborghini 88 Tauri is expected to be available in limited Editions. Pricing, availability details are know but it is tipped for a January 2015 release date and expect it to be priced around 4 digits figure.
