German brand, Trekstor has announced a new Android tablet with decent specs and Full HD screen resolution. The Wi-Fi only model of the Trekstor SurfTab Theatre 13.3 is available from online stores and recognised offline retailers in Italy for a price tag starting at EUR 239.
Housed in an aluminium plus plastic body build, the Trekstor SurfTab Theatre 13.3 as the name suggests has a 13.3-inch IPS display and 16:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by a quad-core Intel Atom x3-C3200RK processor clocked up to 1.1 GHz along with ARM Mali-450 MP4 GPU and 2GB of RAM.
The device doesn’t do too well in the camera segment, with a front facing 0.3MP (VGA) camera for selfies and video chats, alongside a rear placed 2MP camera. Internal storage onboard stands at 16GB and additional storage space will be catered for by the microSD card slot (up to 32GB).
Connectivity options include – Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Miracast. Micro USB 2.0 and Miracast. The Trekstor SurfTab Theatre 13.3 packs four stereo speakers, weighs in at 957 grams, measures 340 x 195 x 10 mm in dimensions and runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out-of-the-box.
