Ulefone is one of the lesser known OEMS in China, however the company like the likes of Elephone, Subor, Coolpad like to churn out some attention grabbing devices with affordable proces as expected. The device we got our hands on is the Ulefone Be Pro. This model is powered by a 64-bit quad-core SoC and supports 4G LTE connectivity.
The Phablet sized Ulefone Be Pro is powered by the 64-bit quad-core MediaTek MT6732 processor which clocks at 1.5GHz and is said to be twice faster than the MediaTek MT6582 processor in terms of performance. It uses Mali-T760 GPU for handling graphics, 2GB of RAM for handling tasks and has 16GB space of internal storage which is expandable up to 64GB via a microSD card slot.
The display is a 5.5-inch size with (1280 x 720 pixels) HD resolution; the main camera is a 13MP unit with LED flash and the front camera is a 5MP unit. Connectivity options on the device includes – Bluetooth, Dual Band Wi-Fi, and 2G/3G/4G LTE. For better sound experience the device uses a HiFi sound quality which promises an improved sound performance.
The Ulefone Be Pro weighs 166kg, measures 8.8mm thin and runs on Android 4.4 kitkat OS which is upgradeable to Android 5.0 Lollipop OS which would reportedly be available via OTA update when due. It is backed by a 2600mAh battery, cost $169.99 in Silk White and Deep Blue colour options.
