Ulefone has announced the Ulefone Be Pure smartphone; the device can be considered as a more piped-down version of the Ulefone Be Pro which has a phablet sized display. If you are looking for a 5-inch smartphone which is compact at an affordable rate, you should checkout the Be Pure device from Ulefone.
The highlight of the UleFone Be Pure smartphone is the Android 5.0 Lollipop OS. In the actual sense, it runs Android 4.4 kitkat OS out-of-the-box but the Android 5.0 Lollipop OS will be available via an OTA update in June.
Moving to the specs – it sports a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD resolution IPS OGS display, the front camera is a 5MP shooter and the main camera is a 13MP sensor which is capable of recording 1080p videos. Under the hood, it is powered by an octa-core MediaTek MT6592 processor with Mali 450 GPU, 1GB of RAM, 8GB space of internal storage and a microSD card slot on-board for storage expansion.
The Ulefone Be Pure weighs just 30 grams, measures 144 x 71 x 8.89mm and is backed by a 2000mAh battery which is expected to provide around 12 hours of usage to surf on 3G network. It would be available for sale starting next week in China for $149 in Blue and White colour options.
