Ulefone has just listed up a new Marshmallow OS smartphone up on its official website. The Ulefone Be Pure Lite, as it is known, is a lite model of the Ulefone Be Pure which itself launched about 18 months ago (March 2015) as a lite model of the Ulefone Be Pure Pro.
Listed to be running Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS, the Ulefone Be Pure Lite has the same design and shares most of the specs of the original Be Pure. It sports a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS OGS display, measures 144 x 71 x 8.89 mm in dimensions and weighs in at 130 grams.
The Be Pure Lite opts for the quad-core Mediatek MT6580 chipset clocked at 1.3GHz with Mali-400 MP1 GPU, instead of the octa-core Mediatek MT6582 chipset clocked at 1.4GHz with Mali-450 MP4 GPU. The device has 2G & 3G network support and is backed by a 2000mAh battery, which should last up to 700 hours of standby time.
The rest of the specs includes – 1GB RAM, 8GB storage space, microSD card slot, 8MP main camera, 2MP front camera, Dual SIM slots with Dual Standby, Wi-Fi 802.11n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS/A-GPS. The Ulefone Be Pure Lite is available online on various third party retail outlets for about US$ 110 or less.
