Ulefone has announced a new audio-centric smartphone – the Ulefone Vienna. The 5.5-inch sized device which is available in Grace Black, Silk White, Space Grey and Rose Golden colour options is aimed at the audiophiles and young at heart.
The highlight of the Ulefone Vienna is the Hi-Fi chipset along with Smart Audio PA Independent DAC and amplifier solution offered by NXP; they combine to give the device a broad sound field, excellent stereo seperation and rich details to music listeners.
The device sports a 5.5-inch LTPS display made by sharp with 2.5D Curved glass along the edges, 1920 x 1080 pixels (Full HD) screen resolution, Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, all-metal unibody with oleophobic coating and 3250mAh sony-made Lithium-ion battery with 5V/1.5A Quick charge tech.
Under the hood, it relies on an octa-core Mediatek MT6753 processor clocked at 1.3GHz with Mali-T720 GPU, 3GB RAM, 32GB built-in storage and a microSD card slot for expansion up to 64GB. Ulefone Vienna is equipped with a fingerprint sensor which unlocks in 0.1s and memorises up to 5 fingerprint IDs.
In the camera segment, there is a front facing 5-megapixel camera with OmniVision OV5648 sensor and a rear facing 13-megapixel camera with Panasonic MN34172 sensor, f/2.0 aperture and Dual Flash. It has Dual SIM slots (Micro + Nano), supports 4G LTE connectivity and Hotknot.
Measuring 153.5 x 77.85 x 8.6mm in dimensions and weighing in at 156 grams; Ulefone Vienna has a built-in IR Blaster which converts it into a universal remote control and a smart key features just as on the Ulefone Power which can be used for either taking photos or voice recording.
