Vernee, one of the less prominent brands from China, has announced plans to attend the upcoming MWC 2017 later this month to showcase its products. New devices expected from the company are the Vernee Apollo 2 – successor to last year’s Apollo, Mars Pro, Apollo X, Thor E and Thor Plus.
The high-end Vernee Apollo 2 tops the line with the Mediatek Helio X30 Deca-Core 10nm processor, 6GB/8GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB built-in storage space. The Vernee Mars Pro – a seemingly Pro version of the Mars, will be powered by an octa-core Mediatek Helio P25 and also pack 6GB of RAM.
Aiming to be the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 Killer, the Vernee Apollo X will boot Android Nougat, powered by a Mediatek Helio X20 deca-core processor and launch in the month of March.
On its part, the Vernee Thor E will have a 5-inch display, measure 8.2 mm thick, weigh 154 grams and pack a 5020mAh battery. It is also expected to launch in April. Scheduled to launch in May, the Vernee Thor Plus will pack a bigger 6050mAh battery in a 7.9mm thick body.
