Vivo India has officially introduced the limited IPL edition of the Vivo V5 Plus in time to celebrate Ten (10) years anniversary of the Indian Premier League (IPL). The Vivo V5 Plus IPL Limited Edition comes in Matte Black colour option and an 18-carat VIVO IPL logo engraved on the back.
The Vivo V5 Plus IPL Limited Edition retains the same hardware as the original V5 Plus including the Dual front camera setup – a primary 20MP camera with Sony IMX376 1/2.78″ sensor, f/2.0 aperture, 5P lens, and Moonlight flash plus a secondary 8MP camera for capturing depth information. The main camera is a rear facing 16MP snapper with LED flash, PDAF and f/2.0 aperture.
Pre-installed with Funtouch OS 3.0 (based on Android Marshmallow OS); the smartphone sports a 5.5-inch 1080p Full HD In-Cell display with 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, Dual Nano SIM slots, 4G LTE support, fingerprint sensor, and depends on a 3160mAh battery with support for fast charging.
It relies on an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor clocked at 2.0GHz paired with Adreno 506 GPU, 4GB of RAM and 64GB built-in storage. The Vivo V5 Plus IPL Limited Edition is available for Rs. 25,990 (US$ 403) online exclusively on Flipkart as well as select Vivo exclusive and retail stores in India.
