Despite the recent launch of the Vivo X9s and X9s Plus smartphones, Vivo has announced the launch of the Vivo X20 and Vivo X20 Plus smartphones in China. The duo feature some of the specs expected from late 2017 high-end smartphones such as Full View display with 18:9 aspect ratio and Dual Rear cameras.
The Vivo X20 and X20 Plus are powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snadragon 660 processor paired with 4GB RAM and boots Funtouch OS 3.2 based on Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS. The X20 has a 6.01-inch (2160 x 1080 pixels) Full HD+ display with 85.3% screen-to-body ratio and 3,245mAh battery while the X20 Plus has a 6.43-inch Full HD+ display with 86.11% screen-to-body ratio and 3,905mAh battery.
Both phones also feature a primary 12MP camera with OIS and f/1.8 aperture alongside a secondary 5MP camera, and a front facing 12MP camera with soft LED flash and f/2.0 aperture. The fingerprint sensor, which can be found on back of the phone, can control the cameras and support mobile payment.

Pricing and Availability
Sales of the Vivo X20 and Vivo X20 Plus are expected to commence later this week on September 30 (Saturday) in Gold, Matte Black and Rose Gold colours. The X20 is priced at CNY 2,998 (US$ 445) for the 64GB edition and CNY 3,398 (US$ 515) for the 128GB special edition while the X20 Plus costs CNY 3,498 (US$ 530).
