Vivo Y51L debuts with 5-inch display, metal body, 4G LTE, 2350mAh battery

Vivo has announced the Vivo Y51L smartphone in India‎, the Y51L is the third variant from the same device as we have seen the Vivo Y51 and Vivo Y51A. It is available in Black and White with Gold colour options for a price tag of Rs. 11,890 (USD 175). The price is more compared to similar devices in the same market range. ‎

The Vivo Y51L has a metal frame body and mirror-finish back cover; it sports a 5-inch (960 x 540 pixels) qHD IPS display, powered by a 64-bit quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 MSM8916 processor clocked at 1.2GHz with Adreno 306 GPU, 2GB of RAM and 16GB built-in expandable storage space.

Measuring 143.8 x 71.7 x 7.52mm in dimensions and with a weight of 157 grams; the device is backed by a 2350mAh battery, has Dual SIM slots, a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 128GB and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop OS with the company’s Funtouch OS 2.5 ontop.

In the camera aspect, the Vivo Y51L has a front facing 5-megapixel camera with f/2.4 aperture for selfies and video chats; and a rear facing 8-megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture and LED flash. Connectivity options available includes – 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS.‎
