Vivo has quietly added a new mid-tier ‘Y’ series smartphone – the Vivo Y93 to its portfolio in China. It fits the recent fullscreen design with waterdrop notch used by Vivo on its recent releases and the first smartphone powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 439 12nm mobile platform.
Priced starting at CNY 1,500 (US$ 217), the Vivo Y93 has a 6.22-inch HD+ 19:9 LCD display with, 13MP + 2MP dual rear cameras, 4GB of RAM, 64GB internal storage and a large 4,030mAh battery. It boots Funtouch OS 4.5 and the front 8MP camera is equipped with ‘Face Wake’.
