Vivo has been relatively quiet of late with not much infos or announcement of new device but that is about to change with the Vivo Y937. The lower midrange device is expected to go official soon however there are hints it would be available on China Telecom in China.
The Vivo Y937 sports a 5.5-inch TFT display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels (HD), powered by an octa-core processor clocked at 1.4GHz (likely Mediatek) paired with 2GB of RAM and 16GB space of internal storage. There should be a microSD card slot onboard for storage expansion (up to 128GB).
On the rear, there is a 13MP/8MP camera with LED flash and a front facing 5MP camera for selfies. In terms of design the Vivo Y937 looks much like the already released Vivo X5Max and could be said to be a toned down version of it but it comes with a rear facing Dual Stereo speakers which would delight the music and audio loving community.
Measuring 154 × 77 × 6.79 mm in dimensions, the Vivo Y937 weighs 169 grams and supports GSM,CDMA,TD-LTE and LTE FDD networks. It runs on Android 5.0.2 Lollipop OS based Vivo FunTouch OS. There is no word on battery capacity, official pricing or availability dates.
