Chinese rugged device maker, No.1 has launched a new device under the Vphone brand name (could a sub-brand or a standalone brand entirely). The phablet-sized Vphone X3 rocks a classic rugged design and is IP68 certified for protection against dust and water. It is also scratch proof, high temperature proof, freeze proof and pressure proof.
Measuring 166.3 x 86.0 x 14.7mm in dimensions and weighing in at 230 grams; the Vphone X3 features a 5.5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display, powered by a quad-core Mediatek MT6753 processor clocked at 1.3GHz with 2GB of RAM and 16GB built-in expandable storage space.
In the camera segment, there is a front placed 5MP camera for selfies and a rear facing 13MP camera. The device supports 2G, 3G and 4G LTE networks as well as other connectivity options such as Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi HotSpot, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro USB. 2.0 and GPS/A-GPS.
Running Android 5.1 Lollipop OS, the Vphone X3 has Dual SIM slots and is backed by a 4500mAh Lithium Polymer built-in battery with the potential to last up to two days of usage.
