Some weeks after the announcement of Alphabet – it’s new holding company, Google has announced a new company logo to go along with its change in organisation structure. The new logo is apparently to celebrate the search giant’s new identity.
The new Google logo still has the four iconic Blue, Red, Yellow & Green colours associated with Google and the white background remains. The logo is crafted using the Sans-Serif font and the smaller version of the logo is now a 4-coloured ‘G’ instead of the previous all blue ‘g’ used on smaller screen.
Google is gradually embracing change, the company doesn’t want to be only recognised for its search and advertising efforts but also for its various products including Smart home products (Nest), Virtual Reality, Cancer Detecting Pill (calico), Wireless Service (Google Fiber), investing (Google Ventures and Capital), self-driving car from the Google X Lab and more.
All in all the new logo looks modern like, if you are interested in how the company created the logo visit the source links below. Google has also released a video that shows all the changes made to its logo over the years.
