The very first moment you spot the Wico C1, the LG G3 comes to your mind instantly. Well, you need not ponder much as Wico is a chinese company and over the years we have seen so many cloned devices from China. Though the Wico C1 looks exactly like the flagship G3 smartphones, the former is 5.5mm thick while the latter is much more thicker at 8.9mm.
Wico C1 is a smartphone offering from Wico (not to be confused with the French based – Wiko) packed with a magnesium alloy body frame and at 5.5mm thickness, it joins fellow devices like the Gionee Elife S5.5 in the category of being one of the slimmest smartphone around.
The Wico C1 is expected to feature a 5.5-inch display with 720p resolution as against the 1440p on the LG G3. However the slim device has managed to pack a bigger battery – 3050mAh. No word on other specification but the device is looking likely to sport a MediaTek chipset, possibly support LTE and have a reasonable RAM for operation.
Update: Wico C1 comes in two models – lite model with a quad-core Mediatek MT6582 chip, 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage space while the improved model has an octa-core MediaTek MT6592 processor, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage space. Photography is handled by a 13MP rear-facing and 5MP front-facing cameras. Also The buttons are also capacitive not on-screen ones.
