Oppo’s online store, OppoMart has listed the full Xiaomi Mi 4c specs and pricing information, as the device is yet to be official, the listing has the device out of stock. It is very likely the retail outfit based it’s specs listing on the benchmark results of the Mi 4c.

Running on MIUI 7 based on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS, the Xiaomi Mi 4c sports a 5-inch JDI display with (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD resolution resulting in a pixel density of 438ppi, measures 7.8mm thin, support for global 4G LTE-FDD networks and weighs 126 grams.

The Mi 4c is the first smartphone from Xiaomi to be powered by the Hexa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor clocked at 1.8GHz paired with Adreno 418 GPU, 2GB of RAM and 16GB space of internal storage. On the back lies a 13MP camera with flash and a front facing 5MP camera for selfies.

Overall, the Xiaomi Mi 4c has a 3000mAh battery to rely on for juice and the listing has a $229 price tag placed along with it. Another twist of event suggest we could see two versions of the device – a 2GB RAM/16GB ROM version and a 3GB RAM/32GB ROM Prime version but there is no proof yet.

The exact launch date is scheduled around late September or early October but the device is speculated to be available in limited quantities only (about 100,000 units). A bit of good news for Africans and Nigerian, Xiaomi will start selling its phones on the continent soon but the company would start with the Redmi 2 and Mi 4 this month.
