Yesterday, Xiaomi announced the Mi Note and Mi Note Pro Phablets; both device boast of top notch specs. The company also announced two accessories to go along with it – a cost efficient Hi-Fi headphones – the Xiaomi Mi Headphones and what it calls the smallest TV Box in the world – the Xiaomi Mi Box Mini.
The Xiaomi Mi Headphones is the first ever Hi-Fi headphone from the company and it is targeting the youth market. It features a ’50nm large berrylium diaphragm speakers with interchangeable over-ear and on-ear covers. The Mi Headphones complements both Mi Note and Mi Note Pro and is perfect for the audiophiles out there. It would be priced at RMB 499 ($81) when it debuts in the market in coming weeks.
The Xiaomi Mi Box Mini is the smallest TV Box in the world and measures 46.8 x 46.8 x 38mm in dimensions. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor, Mali-450 GPU, 1GB DDR3 RAM, HDMI Port, 4GB eMMC Flash storage, (2.4GHz/5GHz) Dual-Band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0. It decode H.265, outputs video up to 1080p, Dolby and DTS audio. It is available in an array of colour options including Blue, Green, Yellow, Red, Orange and Pink. It costs $30 and would be available for pre-orders starting January 20th and shipping is expected to start a week later.
