Earlier this week, Xiaomi provided the information that it has a big announcement for today; that announcement turned out to be a special edition of the Xiaomi Mi Note which is called the Xiaomi Mi Note Natural Bamboo Edition.
The Xiaomi Mi Note Natural Bamboo Edition comes with a back cover made from Natural Bamboo; the device is now available for pre-order and sales is expected to start March 24th for RMB 2299 (around $370).
Moving to the specs the Mi Note Natural Bamboo Edition keeps the same specs as the original model. It has the same 5.7-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD display made by Sharp (JDI) with a pixel density of 386ppi.
Under the hood, the device is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor with Adreno 330 GPU for graphics, 3GB of RAM and 16GB/64GB internal storage option and support for 4G LTE.
Other specs details includes – 13MP Sony IMX214 CMOS sensor on the rear with f/2.0 aperture and OIS; front 4MP camera, runs MIUI 6.0 OS (based on Android 4.4.4 Kitkat OS) and the device is backed by a 3000mAh battery.
