Xolo has sent out invites for a Twitter exclusive launch of the Xolo BLACK 1X; the invite only shows the timing of the event – on Wednesday October 28th from 12PM to 1PM; happening on the handle @MYXOLO. An exclusive Question and Answers session will also follow with the Business Head of Xolo, Sunil Raina (@reachraina) on Periscope.
Xolo’s BLACK series is a relatively new one, the brand also employs the online only strategy and has the Xolo BLACK as the sole smartphone for now but that would change with the announcement of the BLACK 1X.
Xolo is no giving any information out on the Xolo BLACK 1X specs but following the information on GFXbench benchmark listing of the device; it sports a 4.6-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) FHD display, powered by an octa-core MediaTek MT6753 processor clocked at 1.3GHz paired with Mali T720 GPU and 3GB of RAM.
The rest of the specs includes – 32GB space of internal storage out of which 26GB is available to the user, Dual SIM slots, 4G LTE connectivity, a rear facing 13 Megapixels camera, front 5 Megapixels camera for selfies and Android 5.1 Lollipop OS.
There is no leaked photo of the device yet so it is very hard to pinpoint the exact design of the phone but it is unlikely it will stray away from the Xolo BLACK’s design. More information on this will be available by next week (October 28th).
