Xolo is slowing coming back to the scene after a short period of hiatus; the company which recently announced the Xolo Black 1X, has listed up the entry-level Xolo Era HD on their official website. There is no word on pricing per-say but it is expected to retail for around Rs 5000 ($76).
Moving to the specs, the Xolo Era HD comes with some improvements over the original Era; it sports a 5-inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels (HD) and is powered by a quad-core Spreadtrum SC7731 processor clocked at 1.2GHz along with 1GB of RAM and 8GB internal storage space.
For photography, there is a 8-Megapixels camera with LED flash and a 5-Megapixels front facing camera for selfies; for additional storage, there is a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 32GB. Connectivity options on the device includes – Bluetooth, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and 3G.
Running Android 5.1 Lollipop OS, the Xolo Era HD has Dual SIM slots, FM Radio and is backed by a 2500mAh Li-ion battery which should provide some hours of talk time and standby time. Hopefully, the Era HD will go official soon and there would be more information about it.
