Xolo Mobile has announced the Xolo One HD in India. The latest smartphone from the company’s One series continues the 3G-only tradition and is exclusive to Amazon.in for a price tag of Rs 4777 (US$ 72). It comes in White or Black colour option and registration for sales commences this week.
The Xolo One HD sports a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display, powered by a quad-core Mediatek MT6580M processor clocked at 1.3GHz with Mali-400 MP2 GPU, 1GB of RAM, 8GB built-in storage space and a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 32GB.
Connectivity options onboard includes – 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, micro USB and GPS but lacks support for 4G LTE. It measures 143 x 72.6 x 9.5mm in dimensions and is backed by a 2300mAh battery which is expected to provide up to 8 hours of talktime on 2G networks.
The Xolo One HD impresses in the camera department with a rear facing 8-megapixels camera with with LED flash, 1.4µm pixel size, 5P lens and OmniVision BSI-2 sensor. The front snapper is a 5MP camera with LED flash, 4P lens and 84-degree wide angle support to handle low light conditions.
