The Xolo OPUS HD is the latest smartphone in the Opus series from he Indian OEM. The mid-range device runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat OS and a broadcom processor keeps the device ticking. The company is tipping the slim unibody and the lengthy battery life the device offers.
The Xolo Opus HD features a 5-inch 720p HD capactive IPS OGS display, 294ppi pixel density, powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Broadcom (BCM23550) processor with 312MHz Videocore IV GPU, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage (up to 32GB via microSD card), 8MP rear camera with LED flash and a 2MP front facing camera.
You get to enjoy 3G HSPA+ as well as Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, FM Radio, 3.5mm Audio Jack, micro USB connectivity option on the Xolo OPUS HD. The device measures 143 x 71 x 7.9 mm, Dual-SIM functionality and packs a 2500mAh battery. The battery takes 3hrs to be fully charged; a standby time of 500hrs on (2G), 600 hours on (3G); and around 28 hours of talktime on(2G); 9 hours of talktime on 3G.
The Xolo Opus HD has only been listed online and it would come with a price tag of Rs 9499 ($155). The device is expected to go on sale soon in Black colour option.
