Indian based manufacturer, Xolo has announced the Xolo Win Q1000 – a Windows phone 8.1 OS running handset. The device shares so many similar specs with the Xolo Win Q900s which was introduces last year.
Talking about the specs, the Xolo Win Q1000 features a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD display (294ppi), powered by a quad-core Qualcomm snapdragon 200 (MSM8212) processor which clocks at 1.2GHz with Adreno 302 GPU, 1GB of RAM and 8GB space of internal storage. There is a microSD card slot on the device for storage expansion 32GB.
The Xolo Win Q1000 measures 143 x 71.3 x 8.8mm in dimensions, comes with Dual SIM support, and has 3G HSPA+, GPS, Bluetooth and 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi connectivity options. For handling photography the device uses a 8MP camera with Purecel Sensor and LED flash; it also has a front facing 2MP camera.
The device would be backed by a 2200mAh battery and is said to come pre-loaded with Windows Phone 8.1 OS. There is no word on availability yet but it would cost INR 8499 ($137). Black, White and Green are the available colour options.
