There have been several leaks concerning the Blackberry Windermere (also rumored to be the Blackberry Q30) and we have seen different prototypes as well as patents to back up these rumors.
Though there had been earlier prototypes, The Blackberry Windermere is yet to be officially announced and thanks to an anonymous tip more specs details of the device has surfaced online and has been endorsed by popular blackberry tipster, Crackberry.
Rumored Upcoming device from Blackberry dubbed the Blackberry Windermere (Blackberry Q30)
The device according to sources will feature a 4.5-inch 1440×1440 Full HD LCD 453 DPI display, 2.3GHz Snapdragon 801 Quad-Core processor, 3GB RAM, 13MP OIS rear camera, and battery capacity of 3450mAh, revolutionised QWERTY keyboard with touch and gesture controls. The Stainless Steel frame device is also said to be slimmer and lighter than 9.4mm which happens to be the thickness of the Blackberry Z30.
NB: The device has not been officially announced as such there might be changes in the specs if the Blackberry Windermere (Blackberry Q30) see the light of the day.
Earlier this year Blackberry CEO, John Chen announced the Blackberry Q20 and the Blackberry Z3 at the MWC 2014 in Barcelona, Spain.
