Yezz is a Miami based manufacturer and has this week announced the Yezz Billy 5S LTE affordable windows smartphone which would also support LTE connectivity. The device is the third windows phone device from the company with the first two being the Yezz Billy 4.7 and the Yezz Billy 4.0.
As the name suggests the Yezz Billy 5S LTE supports 4G LTE as well as other standard connectivity and has a 5-inch 720 x 1280 pixels HD display. The device runs on Windows Phone 8.1 and is expected to be upgraded to the Windows 10 once it debuts.
The Yezz Billy 5S LTE is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor which could either be the Snapdragon 410 or the Snapdragon 400 depending on region with 1GB of RAM and 8Gb space of internal storage. There is a microSD card slot which adds additional 64GB space of storage.
On the rear is a 13MP AF camera and a front facing 5MP camera. Connectivity options on the Yezz Billy 5S LTE includes Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Hotspot and GPS with GLONASS. It currently runs Windows Phone 8.1 OS and supports Dual SIM functionality.
The Yezz Billy 5S LTE would be available after the Chinese New year in February. There is no official word on pricing yet but the snapdragon 410 processor variant is headed to the US while the Snapdragon 400 variant would debut in Markets in Asia.
