XTOUCH has partnered exclusively with both Yudala and Airtel to launch the XTOUCH E1 in Nigeria. The E1 can be purchased online from Yudala.com as well as from Yudala outlets and Airtel stores in the country for a price tag ₦19,700 along with a free 8GB microSD card.
Yudala is offering the device on installment – 3 months balance payment plan which would see the user pay an initial N5000 then the rest amount would be spread over the next three months (N5000/month). Airtel customers will also be getting full cashback on Airtel data plans.
The highlight of the Dual SIM enabled XTOUCH E1 is the long lasting 3200mAh Li-Polymer battery which is expected to last up to 15 hours of talk time and 350 hours of standby time. It sports a 5-inch (480 x 854 pixels) FWVGA display and measures 145.6 x 72 x 9.6mm in dimensions.
The device relies on a quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz with 1GB of RAM, 8GB built-in storage space and a microSD card slot for expansion. For photography, there is a front 2MP camera and a rear facing 5MP camera. On the software side, Android 5.1 Lollipop OS is the operating system of choice.
The XTOUCH E1 has a kevlar body material and supports 2G & 3G networks. If the E1 looks too faamiliar, it is because XTOUCH is a sub-brand of Innjoo or both companies are covered by the same umbrella company.
