Running Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS, the ZTE A2017 (or Axon 2) sports a 5.5-inch display with 2560 x 1440 pixels (QHD) screen resolution. It relies on the quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 64-bit processor (2 x Kryo @ 1.8GHz + 2 x Kryo @ 1.6GHz) with Adreno 530 GPU.

The device packs 4GB of RAM and 64GB built-in storage space out of which 51GB is available to the user. In the camera segment, there is a front facing 8-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls; and a rear facing 20-megapixel camera with 4K video recording capability.

There is no word on the battery capacity, availability and pricing. The final name of the ZTE A2017 (maybe ZTE Axon 2 or ZTE Axon Pro 2) isn’t confirmed yet but the device will definitely slot into the Axon series of device. We will be on the lookout for more information on this device.
