Earlier today, the ZTE Blade A2 Plus went official earlier today in India. The mid-range smartphone has a metal unibody design and is equipped with a large capacity battery – 5000mAh, with support for fast charging and can also charge other mobile devices.
Available in Gold and Silver colour options, the ZTE Blade A2 Plus sports a 5.5-inch display with 1920 x 1080 pixels (Full HD) screen resolution and 2.5D curved glass display. It has a Hybrid Dual SIM (nano + nano / microSD) and boots Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out-of-the-box.
On the inside, the device is powered by an octa-core Mediatek MT6750T 64-bit processor clocked at 1.5GHz with Mali T860 GPU, 4GB of RAM and 32GB built-in storage space. The device can last up to 22 hours of talk time and has a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 128GB.
In the camera segment, there is a rear facing 13MP camera with Phase Detection AutoFocus (PDAF) and LED Flash alongside a front facing 8MP camera with LED flash for selfies and video chats. The device supports 4G LTE networks and the fingerprint sensor sits on the rear, below the main camera.
Measuring 155 x 76.2 x 9.8 mm in dimensions and weighing in at 189 gram, the ZTE Blade A2 Plus will go on sale exclusively on Flipkart for Rs. 11,999 (US$ 179) starting February 6th.
