ZTE has introduced a new member of its Blade series smartphone in Russia, the ZTE Blade V7 Plus. It arrives with a close to stock version of the now dated Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS and powered by the popular octa-core Mediatek MT6753 processor which was announced back in 2015.
ZTE’s Blade V7 Plus joins the Blade V7 and Blade V7 Lite which where both released last year (MWC 2016). Compared to its non-plus model, The ZTE Blade V7 Plus now has a rear fingerprint sensor (0.3 second unlock time) and the battery capacity has increased to 2,540mAh (non-removable).

It sports a unibody metal design, 5.2-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD IPS display with 2.5D glass, 2GB RAM and 16GB built-in storage (expandable up to 128GB). Photography is handled by a rear facing 13MP camera with PDAF and LED flash, alongside a front facing 5MP camera for selfies.
The device has a Hybrid Dual SIM slot (nano + nano / microSD), rear 13MP camera with LED flash and PDAF, USB OTG and front facing 5MP camera for selfies. It measures 146 x 72.5 x 7.95 mm, weighs 136 grams and will go on sale in Australia and Russia in Ion Gold and Platinum Grey colours.
