Aiming to build on the success of the Nubia Z7 series of smartphones; ZTE has the Nubia Z9 and the Nubia Z9 Max smartphones ready to hit the markets soon. The Nubia brand of devices from the company offers beautifully designed smartphone with high end specs and is lowly priced.
Both the ZTE Nubia Z9 and Nubia Z9 Key specs includes: 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processors (4 ARM Cortex-A57 cores @ 2.0GHz and 4 ARM Cortex-A53 cores @ 1.5GHz) with 3GB of RAM and Adreno 430 GPU. The display resolution both stands at Quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) with the former using a 5-inch display (578ppi) and the latter a 5.5-inch display (538ppi).
The ZTE Nubia Z9 would come in three storage options – 32GB/64GB/128GB while the Nubia Z9 Max is available in 32GB option only and a microSD card slot is included. The Z9 sports a 20.7MP sensor with Single LED flash and a front 8MP camera for selfies and video chats. The Z9 Max also makes use of a 8MP front camera but has a 16MP main camera. Both camera options can record 4K videos and comes with image editing softwares.
The Nubia Z9 and Nubia Z9 Max would both run on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS with the company’s Nubia UI ontop; supports 4G LTE (FDD-LTE bands) and Dual SIM slots.
Both the ZTE Nubia Z9 and the Nubia Z9 Max smartphones were both on display at the MWC 2015 and we should see the official announcement of both devices before the end of the month.
