The ZTE Spro Plus is the latest entrant to ZTE Spro range of Android-powered smart projectors/mobile hotspots and even though it follows the ZTE Spro 2, the Plus line is an entirely new one from the company. The ZTE Spro family are both suitable for business related and entertainment-wise purposes.
Available in either Wi-Fi only or Wi-Fi + 4G LTE versions arriving starting by Summer 2016, the ZTE Spro Plus sports a 8.4-inch AMOLED touchscreen display with (2560 x 1440 pixels) 2K screen resolution and is backed by an ample sized 12,100mAh battery for up to 6 hours of usage in projector mode.
It uses Laser beamer which shoots 1366 x 768 pixels resolution at 500 lumen brightness, can project 80-inch image from a distance of 2.4m and can do this onto any place, in any direction of choice no matter the time of the day thanks to the vertical and horizontal keystone.
The ZTE Spro Plus packs either a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 SoC (Wi-Fi model) or Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 SoC (LTE model), 3GB of RAM, 32GB or 128GB built-in storage, a microSD card slot (up to 2TB), Dual Band Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth 4.1, optional LTE and 2 x 4W HARMANN speakers with Dolby.
It measures 229 x 150 x 25mm in dimensions, weighs in about 1 kilogram, runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS and will arrive in Black, Gold & Silver colours.
