ZTE has a vast portfolio of smartphone launching every year in different countries but China happens to still be its main market. A new budget friendly smartphone from the company, the ZTE Voyage 4 with low mid-range specs is now available China. It is sold for a price tag of CNY 799 (US$122).
The ZTE Voyage 4 (A610) succeeds the ZTE Voyage 3 from December last year; it sports a full metal body build in either Gold or Silver colour options and 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD display with 2.5D glass. It measures 145 x 71 x 8.2 mm in dimensions, weighs 147 grams and is backed by a sizeable non-removable 4000mAh battery with reverse charging support.
On the inside, the new device relies on a quad-core MediaTek MT6735P processor clocked at 1.0GHz with Mali-T720 GPU, 2GB of RAM and 8GB built-in storage space. Connectivity options onboard includes – 4G LTE with VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS, USB OTG and microUSB 2.0.
For photography, there is a front 5MP camera and rear 8MP AutoFocus camera with LED flash. Running Android 5.1 Lollipop OS with ZTE’s MiFlavor UI ontop, the ZTE Voyage 4 is equipped with Dual SIM slots, a microSD card slot for storage expansion but skips on a fingerprint sensor.
Budget or not, VoLTE is enough reason to buy.
