Google has listed the TECNO SPARK 3 PRO among the 15 partner devices eligible for Android Q Beta (Android Q Beta 3). The device comes pre-loaded with HiOS 4.6 (currently based on Android 9.0 Pie) and feature the Mediatek Helio A22 (MT6761) quad-core processor clocked at 2.0GHz paired with 2GB of RAM and 32GB built-in storage.
The device has a 6.2-inch (1500 x 720 pixels) HD+ IPS LCD Fullview display with 87.8% aspect ratio, luminous crystal back cover, 13MP + 2MP dual rear cameras with ring flash and AI Beauty mode, 8MP selfie camera with screen flash, 4G LTE connectivity and rear fingerprint sensor. It also supports face unlock and depends on a 3,500mAh battery.
TECNO also released two RAM models of the original TECNO SPARK smartphone. The 1GB RAM model sports 13MP/8MP rear and front cameras, MediaTek MT6580 and Android 8.1 Oreo (Go Edition) while the 2GB RAM model has 13MP + 2MP dual rear cameras, 8MP front camera, MediaTek MT6761 and Android 9 Pie. Both models have the same 6.2-inch HD+ Fullview display, 16GB built-in storage, microSD card slot and 3G connectivity.

The TECNO SPARK 3 (1GB) is priced from at NGN 33,800 while the TECNO SPARK 3 (2GB) cost NGN 36,500. The TECNO SPARK 3 Pro is on sale for about N39,500.
