The Coolpad Note 3 Plus is the newest member and third iteration of the Note 3 family to go official in India. It is sold exclusively on Amazon India (Amazon.in) for a price tag of Rs. 8999 starting May 13th. Available colour options are Champagne White and Gold.
Just as the Coolpad Note 3 Lite is a lower version of the original Note 3, the Coolpad Note 3 Plus is a higher version but all have the core specs in common. The devices rely on an octa-core Mediatek MT6753 processor along with 3GB of RAM, 16GB built-in storage space and a microSD card slot (up to 64GB).
It sports a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) FHD IPS display with scratch resistant glass and backed by a 3000mAh battery. In the camera segment, there is a rear facing 13-megapixels camera with f/2.0 aperture & LED flash; and the front camera is a 5-megapixels snapper for selfies.
The Coolpad Note 3 Plus is equipped with a fingerprint sensor, Dual SIM slots and 4G LTE connectivity with support for India’s LTE bands (TDD B40 2300MHz and FDD B3 1800MHz). It measures 151.9 x 77 x 9.3 mm in dimensions, weighs 168 grams and boots Android 5.1 Lollipop OS with Cool UI 6.0.
