Yesterday, eagle eyed observers spotted a new Lumia device from Microsoft on Anatel in Brazil; the new device is the Microsoft Lumia 640. The Lumia 640 is expected to succeed the Lumia 635 and Lumia 630; and comes with Digital TV (in Brazil alone).
The Microsoft Lumia 640 is expected to feature a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD display, powered by Qualcomm snapdragon 400 Quad-core CPU with 1GB of RAM, 8GB space of internal storage and a microSD card slot.
Photography would be handed by a 8.7MP main camera with LED flash and a front facing 0.9MP camera. The full connectivity suite will be available on the device with the inclusion of NFC and LTE. There is no word on the battery capacity but earlier leaks suggests a 2500mAh battery.
The device would also support Wireless Charging via a dedicated back cover. It is no affirmative if the Lumia 640 would runs Windows 10 or Windows Phone 8.1 OS when it launches.
The device is expected to go on sale for around $275 whenever it goes official. Microsoft has an event scheduled for March 2nd at the MWC 2015, so it is likely the device makes it launch by that time.
