Launch Recap: Samsung Galaxy A21s, Galaxy A71 5G and Galaxy A51 5G

One of the biggest names in the world of technology, Samsung has awed us with the recent launch of three new Galaxy A series smartphones, namely the Samsung Galaxy A21s, Galaxy A71 5G, and Galaxy A51 5G. Both the A51 5G and A71 5G are the first series of 5G phones from the A series while the A21s is an entry-level smartphone. Below is a list of all the specifications, features, and expected prices of these handsets.

Samsung Galaxy A21s

The new Galaxy A21s has a 6.5-inch HD+ Infinity O display with 20:9 display ratio, rear fingerprint sensor, USB Type-C port, 13MP (f/2.2) selfie camera, 2GHz octa-core processor and a 5,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging. The rear quad camera setup consists of a primary 48MP (f/2.0) camera paired with an 8MP (f/2.2, 123°) ultra-wide, 2MP (f/2.4) depth and 2MP (f/2.4) macro cameras.

The Samsung Galaxy A21s will arrive in either 3GB RAM with 32GB expandable storage or 4/6GB RAM with 64GB expandable storage and four colour options – Black, Blue, Red and White. It will be available in Europe from June 19 for a price tag starting at EUR 209.

Samsung Galaxy A51 5G and A71 5G

Both the Galaxy A51 5G and Galaxy A71 5G feature an Infinity-O display, quad rear cameras, 32MP selfie camera, on-screen fingerprint sensor and long-lasting battery life. The former has a 6.5-inch AMOLED display and 15W fast charging on the 4,500mAh battery while the latter has a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED plus display and 25W fast charging on the same battery capacity.

The quad camera system on the Galaxy A51 5G consists of a 48MP (f/2.0) primary camera paired with 12MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide, 5MP (f/2.2) depth and 5MP (f/2.4) macro cameras. The Galaxy A71 5G has the same camera setup however, the primary camera has been replaced with a bigger 64MP (f/1.8) camera. Both models come in either 6GB or 8GB RAM with a single 128GB expandable storage variant.

For connectivity front, the phone has Bluetooth, Wi-Fi (which might not work sometimes, so you can refer to routerlogin.app and free yourself of the worries), GPS, Radio, and other options.

On the software front, the duo comes pre-loaded with One UI 2.0 (based on Android 10). In terms of colours, the A51G will don the Prism Cube Black, Prism Cube White, and Prism Cube Pink colours while the A71 5G will arrive in Prism Cube Black, Prism Cube Silver and Prism Cube Blue colours.
